Terms & Conditions
Editing: Our editing service comprises correction of the spelling, punctuation, grammar, and layout of your document, along with in-depth consideration of its structure, clarity, consistency, and readability.
We will edit your document using the Track Changes and Comment functions in MS Word, unless you request a different method. Issues with spelling and grammar that cannot be resolved by your editor immediately (for example, they may require your insights into the intended meaning) will be highlighted. We will also make detailed suggestions to help you resolve problems with grammar or word choice based on your goals for the document.
We ask that students send us a copy of their student card in order to qualify for the discount rate. Eligible for the postdoctoral rate are researchers who have recently received their doctorate, and are either applying for or incumbent in a temporary, early-careeer academic position. However, if the payment is not being made by the student or postdoctoral researcher themselves, but by a research fund or senior researcher, such discounts will not be allowable.
Developmental editing: We will re-structure and re-write materials you send us according to your specifications and objectives. This option is not available for students.
Translation: Your document will be translated by a qualified and experienced translator from your specified source langage to your specified target language. Languages currently on offer for translation into English are Russian, Chinese, and Spanish.
Fees for Developmental Editing and Translation will depend on your exact requirements, so a quote will be issued after we have discussed these with you.

+ Anti-Social Hours: Your editor will work overnight (10pm to 6am in their timezone) in order to meet your deadline.
+ Document Formatting: We will format your document consistently using MS Word Styles, to enable you to make further changes easily and accurately.
